Our dream of opening a small restaurant "Sabroso Sandwich Shop" was thought of as a shared passion for the famous "Cuban Sandwich" , a classic dish native to Florida because of the Cuban migration of the late 19th century.
Our family has always enjoyed gathering around the table, where homemade dishes and authentic flavors have been the center of our lives. This dish in particular has always held a special place in our hearts. It is not just a recipe filled with history and tradition, but a symbol of the cultural blend we cherish and enjoy.

As a long-time dream of developing our project and sharing our creations with friends and family, we decided to take sail and open our small restaurant. We want to offer more than just food; we want to share an experience, a connection with our culture, and a passion for cooking.
